Hey, wanderlust warriors! WONDR’s summer terrace bar that is straight out of a pastel dream is opening back up again for the SUMMER starting on 15 May! Let me take you on a journey to the enchanting Pink Beach – a slice of paradise that’s as COOL as it gets!
What is the Netherlands known for, especially this time of year? FLOWERS, of course! Tulips, especially! Fields of tulips in every color IMAGINABLE! And the most beautiful planters overflowing with spring blooms, framing all the canal bridges in Amsterdam! Parks that are being taken over by the smell of green grass and soft rain. After a cold Winter, Spring flowers are a breath of fresh air, a pop of color and a reminder that Summer IS ON THE WAY FINALLY!
WONDR Experience is no exception in our LOVE of flowers! But what would happen if these flowers were allowed to take over? Roses, lilies, poppies, hydrangeas, and so many more all growing together in a riot of COLORS on the floor, climbing the walls and hanging off the ceilings! It’s Spring in Amsterdam like you’ve never seen before in our new Wildflower room! And of course it wouldn’t be a WONDR room if there weren’t a few surprises in store, but we won’t spoil what those are! You’ll just have to come see for yourself!
Our new Wildflower room isn’t the only floral experience at WONDR. Our Flower Tunnel is a rainbow of colors on the grayest day. We also said goodbye to our Telephone room last month in order to make room for a new design of our Cloud room (MORE ON THAT LATER!). However, we couldn’t completely let go of the beautiful spring blossoms, so some of our cherry trees have a new home inside the Experience for you to enjoy!
