Yes, you can. But by buying online you save €2 on each ticket and also guarantee your spot. Especially during weekends and vacations, we advise reserving in advance.

No, you can move through WONDR and explore at your own pace. But, you will find our hosts spread throughout the Experience and ready to assist.

Currently 12 of our 14 rooms are wheelchair accessible and our team is available to assist when needed.

Only registered service animals are allowed inside all of our venues.

Our hosts will do their best to accommodate you when you arrive, but be aware that during busy periods you may be asked to wait.

No, food and drink is not allowed inside the Experience.

Last entry into the Experience is 1 hour before closing. Guests will not be allowed in after this. Please see our opening and closing times for more information.

Digital copies of your photos will automatically be sent to you 2 hours after you leave the Experience. If you have not received your photos please send us an email at [email protected]

Kids 10 and under must be accompanied by one responsible adult per 2 children. Kids 11 through 13 are welcome at WONDR at all times, but for safety concerns must be accompanied by one adult per group of kids in this age range. Kids 14 and up are welcome to come to WONDR at any time.

We offer a special discount for kids 10 years old and under during Kids Time. Kids aged 2 and under do not need a ticket.

We carry roller skates in sizes 30-48 and the rent of skates is included in your ticket. So is the rent of protection (knee, wrist and/or head).

Yes we have plenty of free lockers available for visitors.

Yes, you can bring your own skates.

Yes, but we advise purchasing in advance to avoid disappointments, as we might be sold out.

You are always welcome to stop by and see if we have a free spot at the beach for you. If you want to be absolutely sure of your brunch spot, make sure you reserve in advance. 

• The Bottomless Brunch includes one brunch dish of your choice, unlimited drinks (mimosas, beer, wine, bubbles and soft drinks) and entrance to Pink Beach. Basically: the full experience! Do you see yourself sipping on endless mimosas while sitting under the palm trees yet?
• The Pink Brunch includes one brunch dish of your choice, one drink of your choice (mimosas, beer, wine, bubbles and soft drinks) and entrance to Pink Beach.
• Entrance + Drink includes an entry ticket to Pink Beach and a cocktail of your choice. Yummy!

We will do everything in our power to get you the table you desire. But of course, it all depends on the amount of reservations on that specific day. Please let us know on arrival and we’ll see what we can do!

If you cancel your reservation 48 hours in advance you will be refunded the deposit.
